Now, this recipe looks merely ok to me, nothing special – but it’s a start. I may try this out and see what kinds of tweaks I can make to it to spice it up some (sriracha, perhaps? or REAL minced garlic instead of garlic salt?). I’ll be giving it a whirl soon and post my results.

Just another one of those “finding something new to do with cucumbers” recipes. You know, for being such a simple veggie, there sure do seem to be a TON of really delicious looking things to do with them. I may have to push the hubster into adding cukes to next year’s garden.
